Our commitment
We aim to design, develop, and maintain this website in substantial conformance with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA where reasonably practicable. Accessibility is an ongoing process, and we review the experience as content and technology change.
Measures we take
Current accessibility measures include:
- semantic headings, landmarks, and descriptive page titles;
- keyboard-accessible navigation and controls;
- visible focus indicators and text that does not rely on color alone;
- clear link labels and structural landmarks exposed to assistive technology;
- a decorative, muted hero video that is hidden from screen readers;
- a static hero image for visitors who prefer reduced motion or data-saving behavior; and
- responsive layouts that support browser zoom and multiple screen sizes.
Known limitations
Some linked third-party websites are outside our control and may not provide the same level of accessibility. Despite our efforts, a visitor may encounter an issue that automated and manual reviews have not identified. We welcome reports so that we can investigate and address barriers where reasonably possible.
Requesting assistance or reporting a problem
If you have difficulty accessing any part of this website or need information in an alternative format, email legal@federated.net with “Accessibility Request” in the subject line. Please identify the page, the barrier you encountered, your preferred contact method, and the format or accommodation that would help. Do not send sensitive personal or investment information.
We will acknowledge accessibility reports and make reasonable efforts to provide the requested information or an accessible alternative in a timely manner.
Compatibility
The website is designed for current versions of major browsers and common assistive technologies. Older browsers or unusual combinations of browser and assistive technology may provide a reduced experience.
